From Friday 1st February 2019 you’ll notice differences in the documentation you receive from us. This is because we are changing the computer system used to process & schedule orders and adopting the system that Balcas has used historically.
Why are we doing this?
Since our acquisition of Forever Fuels on the 1st September 2018 we have been operating dual systems. This has proved much more difficult to do than envisioned in terms of visibility and communications; and in order to ensure we provide all our customers with the level of service you expect, we have decided to merge our systems sooner than originally planned.
How does this impact you?
If you ordered by telephone; there will be no change you simply continue to call the same number as before.
If you ordered online; in the short term you will need to now call us on 01628 509690 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may take your order. We expect to have the online system and a customer portal available again asap, allowing you to view your order history, make secure payments and download copy invoices.
