Here is how those household gas prices recorded by Eurostat have changed between 1990 and 2007:

It should be immediately clear that Denmark and Sweden have been in a different league to the rest, price-wise, for some time, but this is a bit cluttered by the recent addition of data for the New Member States, so let's have a look at the same graph without them.
