The cheapest and quickest option is to check our online shop. If you have bought from us before, you should first login to our Customer Portal and then click on the Bags button to get prices for your site and shortcut the ordering process.
Each product displays the Online Price and the List Price (so you can see the online discount). The prices include VAT at the reduced rate applicable for heating fuels and the standard delivery charge.
If you enter your postcode (if you are not logged in) and the number of pallets required, the price for that quantity to your location is shown in the Price box. The price per pallet may differ from the standard Online Price, if (a) delivery to your location is cheaper or more expensive than the standard charge, or (b) volume discounts apply.
If you select a Preferred Delivery date that is the next working day (before noon) or the one following (after noon), the next-day premium will be added to the price in the Price box.
If you select a Premium Service (e.g. AM or PM delivery), the price in the Price box will be updated to include the charge for the service.
If you are buying the wood pellets for resale, or for non-energy uses (e.g. for bedding or litter), you should change the VAT rate from REDUCED to STANDARD. The price will be updated accordingly.
